One of my favorite places in Michigan. Just as good as it was when I visited as a kid over 10 years ago. We're in decent shape and made it up in 20 minutes.

This has been a favorite spot for myself and our family growing up and now. With unparalleled beauty, this is a great place to hike or climb the dunes.
Access to the overlook/observation platform is still closed due to erosion as of 8/1/2017. However you can still access the path that descends rapidly to the shoreline. The views in this area are incredible.
This place is awesome. Its a must if you are around the area. The views are impressive, the walk to get here is not that long but not that short, so you have time to in fact enjoy it. For sure will return. Don't hesitate and come, you wont regret.
