Great scenic Motel. Beautiful view off the back of your room. Room was a little pricey, but that's the going rate up North. Had a offer to store our Motorcycle in the garage! If they had breakfast would have easily been 5 star. Big rooms with Microwave, refrigerator and toaster. We enjoyed our visit and would go back.
The rooms were very cute and the staff were extremely friendly. There's a cat in the lobby and cheese and wine for adults to snack on. There's a really unique breakfast arrangement and a heated pool right next to the beach. It's location is wonderful and it's walking distance from the Mackinac bridge. I would absolutely go again.
Very nice and clean place. The owners are very nice people. They make you feel comfortable. The owners take pride in their establishment. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back up there. The price is right to stay somewhere and feel comfortable and relaxed. This is the place.
Everything serious. Price beautiful rooms. The hardest working owners I have ever known. Very friendly and helpful for providing answers to questions you might have about the area. Never stayed in a commercial chain hotel as nice I believe. Stayed in a lot of so called 5 star hotels none any better. I will always hold this place dear to my heart. Tim & Carla Harding.
Fantastic view of harbor from the window. Immaculately clean! Very nice owners. Recently redone we think. Absolutely no complaints. Try the West Bay Diner for breakfast or lunch! Grand Marais is a great little town.
